PRODUCTION PROCESS

Step 1 Lay up

Toray's fiber,a major workhorse fiber of our bike industry,designed using non uniform and directional play layups,made it possible to combine these properties in one frame.

Step 2 Molding

The frame layup is placed into a steel mold.Once the mold halves are joined,the bladder is inflated and the mold is squeezed between two heated plates for a specific curing cycle.The rate that the mold is heated and cooled,and the exact temperature is critical.

Step 3 Quality Inspection

Before the Painting Process,finished frames are tested to rigorous international standards for fatigue and ultimate strength. We tests its frames to a higher standard to ensure a generous safety margin.

Step 4 Painting

In order to obtain excellent appearance,We chose high quality paint,make the final product more attractive. Every label is done by hand, will eventually appearance is covered a layer of durable gold oil, to protect the frame.
